Time to give a @#$%

October has come and it brings more than colorful leaves.  It starts us in the direction of giving and being thankful.  With all the oranges, reds and yellows October is showered in pink.  It became the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in 1985 and in 1993 the pink ribbon became it's symbol. Now pink is on everything to show support during October.  Even the NFL sports pink during this month.  This great month is followed by Movember.  Yes, Movember not November.  This month has earned a status so manly it has renamed itself.  The term Mo stands for Mustache and in turn is a symbol of Men's Health Awareness.  From 30 Mo Bros in Australia in 2003 to 4 million Mo's by 2013, Movember, has become a global movement that has changed men's health around the world.  November and October are certainly the months to be aware and think about everyone's health including our own.  Be active.  Be apart of the support in Men and Women's Health.
